I'm Ashley Tolle, just a working wife from southern Arizona who is all about serving Jesus Christ, and doing it in a healthy way. I'm not a health professional, and I don't have any fancy letters next to my name. What I do have is a passion for sharing biblical encouragement and tips for living a naturally healthy lifestyle using the resources that God has given us! In my free time, I like to go thrifting, hang out with friends, and tend to my mini garden.
